Allow minimum processing time of 3-5 business days per order. Due to Covid-19 there may be delays to normal processing and shipping times.

Please make sure that the shipping address and billing address match. This is very important for your order to be processed and shipped in a timely manner. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Please ensure your order is correct before submitting payment. Once an order is placed there will be NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS.

There are no returns unless the item received is damaged. If damage is reported there will be an investigation with shipping agent. If the damage is considered to be fault of GCG or the shipper then a refund will be issued.

Exchanges are only available when an item is received in damaged condition. Exchanges are offered after the investigation concludes and a customer would like a product of equal value in lieu of a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns at any time.
